I know U do not remember me but DA gave me no warnning at all and BANNED my SLB25 account...so I'm starting all over freash...

I know that this may sound crazy...I am really upset with this situation...I got a letter from the DA staff in my SLB25 inbox stating I was no longe a member because of my picture "Hopped Too Slow" [link]
I replied to their note to explain how upset I was....

My purpose was not to offend anyone with my picture. I came upon this scene while walking with my 7 year old niece, and she was very upset upon seeing a rabbit in this state, and I explained to her that this is all a part of nature. I told her that apparently the rabbit was hit by a car going too fast, and her reply was "poor rabit, maybe it was hopping too slow." I am not an animal murderer nor do I take pleasure in seeing animals in this state. I thought that this was the correct medium to address this scene. Perhaps if I had explained how this picture came about, my prosecutors would have understood. I took the picture to appease my niece so that she could be assured that someone cared about the poor rabbit by given his "picture" a proper burial in my backyard! I was too screamish to bury the actual rabbit.

I feel that I was wrongfully banned and I feel that there should have been an arbitration process to give me the opportunity to defend myself and my art. I am not a criminal, but I feel that my due process has been violated.

So sorry for this long story...I just wanted to let U know...I hope that its alright for me to add U to my new friends list
